Loud Whispers is an upcoming collaborative project between the Dareyn Foundation and Zero Dance Theater, set to embark on a tour across the Netherlands at the end of 2025. The dance performance will be staged 31 times in various cities, offering an immersive exploration of cultural and societal pressures that shape, and sometimes limit, our identities.

For this production, Emine Bostanci will form a special version of the Dareyn Ensemble, working alongside renowned composer Franz von Chossy to create a unique musical score. Together, they will blend traditional and contemporary elements, crafting a powerful soundscape that amplifies the emotional impact of the performance.

Choreographed by Denden Karadeniz, Loud Whispers delves into the complex interplay of cultures—traditional and modern, religious and secular, online and offline—and the constant pursuit of perfection and acceptance. Through his choreography, Karadeniz brings to life the invisible yet powerful forces that shape us: unspoken words, subtle energies, and societal expectations. These tensions between conformity and self-identity unfold in a dynamic and thought-provoking performance. Loud Whispers offers a timely reflection on the powerful forces that shape our personal and collective lives, inviting the audience to confront the pressures that influence our existence.
